Guests

Your First Visit

Guests are always very welcome at Redeemer. We hope you’ll experience a warm inviting visit as you join us in lively Spirit-filled worship. First time guests in our area who sign our friendship books in service will enjoy a loaf of homemade banana bread delivered to their home the following week. Those delivering your treat will not expect to visit or enter your home, but will simply leave this gift for your enjoyment. We are so glad to have you with us.

Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month. We practice “open” communion, which means we invite all who profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ to partake with us.

Hearing amplification devices are available. The sound technician or an usher will happily provide one for you if you would like.

Childcare is provided through age four. A "crying room" is also available at the rear of the Sanctuary from which one may see and hear the service. Children who are in Kindergarten through 5th grade are dismissed during the service to attend “Upper Room” children’s church. Normally on the first Sunday of each month our children remain in the regular worship service so that they may experience communion with their parents.

Newly Attending

Once guests have attended several times they will begin to “connect” in some way. Many may find a friend or neighbor who already attends here. Some enjoy the blended music, care given to children, or the Biblical teaching and preaching here. Others find a connection with a particular ministry with which they also have a passion. Our staff and leadership are always available to help answer your questions and help you to connect with us.

Becoming Part of Us

At some point in your visiting we hope you will begin to feel like you are truly a part of Redeemer. We have classes led by our pastor several times each year that will give you a time to get better acquainted with many of our staff and ask any questions you have about us. An opportunity will be given to you to consider joining Redeemer in membership if you should desire. We are always excited to embrace new members as part of our church family. We will endeavor to guide our new members as they seek a place to serve at Redeemer and in our community as well.
