Health & Wholeness MinistryChurch Ministries Church Ministries"Ministering to the congregation in the areas of faith, healing and health" Depression SupportThe newest group offering at Redeemer, this group provides a listening ear, sharing of experiences, prayer and workbook to those who live with depression. By allowing others to come along side, the walk through depression can become a growing experience. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month @ 7:30 pm and is co-facilitated by Nita Wynn (770) 985-0015 & Lyn Alimena (770) 736-3990. Step ForwardThis is a bible study and support group for women dealing with eating and weight issues. The group meets on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Please contact Mary Cooper for more information Liturgical Service of HealingServices of Healing at Redeemer are held every month. The service is based on liturgical prayer and is led by the pastor. Service time will be at 8:00am and last about 30 minutes. The prayers used in this service are appropriate for all types of healing needs; spiritual, emotional and physical. The service concludes with the serving of a Healing Eucharist (Holy Communion) and the opportunity to receive anointing and a prayer of blessing or healing from the alter prayer ministers. Inner Healing Prayer MinistryThis ministry offers help to those people who have experienced emotional wounds from their past. Through prayer, the wounded soul receives the healing touch from Christ the Healer. This ministry can be life changing for those who have suffered with low self-esteem, unforgiveness, abuse and other emotional traumas. This ministry is based on confidentiality and sessions are set up on an individual basis. Please contact Mary Cooper at the church for information.
