Are you new to Redeemer?

Would you like to find out more about us? We invite you to attend our Starting Point luncheon on Sunday, February 12, from 12—1:30 pm in the Fellowship Room. Not only will you learn more about Redeemer in a fun and entertaining way, but it’s also a great opportunity to meet others! We would love to have you join us! Childcare is available but we must have advance notice of the number and ages of children. In order to prepare for food and childcare workers, we request that those interested RSVP by Wednesday, Feb 8 to Terri Manuel.

Valentine Box Project Feb 8

Each year we send 80-100 Valentine care packages to our military and college/trade age students, or any young person post high school who needs a positive note from their Redeemer home. If you know someone who would enjoy receiving a box, see Margaret Moore, or fill out form at the welcome center & place in church mailbox of Susan Beabes or Janet Strnad by Sunday, Feb 5. Please let us know if your person has dietary needs. We welcome $ donations or homemade individually wrapped goodies for boxes BEFORE Feb 7. A collection box is located at the welcome center. Contact us for recipes or suggestions. We plan to pack boxes on Wednesday, Feb 8, 6 pm in the library; we will need packers. Questions or to volunteer? contact Susan or Janet.

Redeemer Coupon Club

Our Coupon Club is for those who would like to use their gift of strategic couponing to help provide food and necessities to ministries within our church, the Southeast Co-op, and those in need within our congregation. Contact Kristina Bradford for more information. EVERYONE at Redeemer can help this ministry by bringing in coupons you receive in the mail or from newspapers and magazines. Just bring in and drop in the coupon basket at the Welcome Center. Expired coupons are encouraged also—we will send them to deployed military families who can use them for up to 6 months after the expiration date.

Family Promise at Redeemer

Hosting Week begins Sunday Jan 29
We invite you to join our family in serving other families who will be staying at our church for a week. Please stop by the Family Promise display in the lobby to find out more about how you can help in this outreach to homeless families in our community. For more info, contact Clark Cooper.

The Get Fit Club

would like to invite all of you and your friends to participate in this wonderful "active" group. We meet each Saturday morning at 9:00 am in the church parking lot and usually walk at one of the local Gwinnett County parks. These walks are available for all shapes, sizes, genders, ages and fitness levels. The club has also participated in charity walks and some spectacular hikes and is looking to add some adventures this year including but not limited to: zip lining, rafting, hiking, horseback riding, bowling, and will consider any other "active" events that interest club participants. New schedules are available at the welcome center or check out the Facebook group "Get Fit Club - Redeemer Church" or see Sherri McSweeney for more info.

PCR Business Directories

PCR Business Directories are complete. We invite each family to pick one up at the Welcome Center after the service. We will also have the directory available for download on the church website in the near future.

Prayer Warriors Unite!!!

Has the Holy Spirit given you a heart to pray for others? If so, then come share the joy of intercessory prayer and experience God's power manifested as believers together lift up our church, our community, and our nation in prayer. Join us each Sunday morning at 8:00 am in the cry room [101].

S.E. Gwinnett Co-Op

They always need our help to restock their shelves. Please pick up a paper bag with a food list attached at the Welcome Center. Fill the bag with your donations and drop it off in the large receptacle at the Welcome Center. You may also make a contribution by writing your check to Redeemer, and put “Co-Op” on the memo or go the Co-Op website, www.segwinnettcoop.org and make a direct donation. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

Small Groups

Joining a small group at Redeemer is a way for you to connect and fellowship in a more intimate setting and also provides a place for you to grow in God’s word. If you are interested in learning more about small groups or would like to join one, contact Terri at the church.
